About Susan Gilbert Angela Anderson is an artist from Russellville, Arkansas, USA. She grew up in Palm Springs, California and moved to Arkansas in 1991 after graduating college with an Honors Art Degree from Arizona Western College in Yuma. Although grounded in the basics of art through her studies, Angela went on to develop her own self-taught style of painting with acrylics. She pursued decorative arts for several years before returning to fine arts in 2004 after an inspiring trip to France. Read more….
About the Ocean House Gallery
The Ocean House Gallery is located at the Ocean House Hotel overlooking the harbor in Port Clyde. The gallery will be feauturing a rotating schedule of artists who live year round or have summered in Maine for many years. The Gallery at the Ocean House is run by Patsy Murdock, sister of late Innkeeper and proprietor, Bud Murdock and Kristina Mitchell, granddaughter of Bud Murdock. Patsy has been living at the Ocean House and serving breakfast to guests for the past 25 years. Kristina grew up on Monhegan Island and has been living in nearby Tenants Harbor for 7 years. This is their first year operating the gallery.
